Role Overview
The Service Plumber is the human link between our customers and the company, ensuring quality work, customer satisfaction, and maintaining our reputation. This is not an entry-level position. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing plumbing systems
- Interacting with customers professionally and courteously
- Ensuring all work meets company and code standards
- Reporting on job progress accurately in ServiceTitan

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years of experience in plumbing service, installation, or maintenance

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
